Can’t thank Green O’Aces enough for totally transforming our back yard! We had awful thorn trees and cactus plants, then decided to have a child, we knew we had to have our yard re-designed. Now we have a safe, lush oasis yard with artificial turf to play on, decorative concrete area, a raised pool/spa, and outdoor dining area. Look no further, Green O'Aces is the best!!! Our backyard was a wreck and we wanted a space where we could all spend time as a family. We had a few companies provide quotes and ideas and at the end we decided to go with Green O'Aces because they listened to our end goal and their design went above and beyond the rest. Torry from Green O'Aces is absolutely amazing and very skilled at design!!!! She put time and thought into what we wanted (BBQ/bar, fire pit, and place for a basketball hoop) and created an amazing design that fit into the dimensions of our space. Torry even suggested a few things that we hadn't thought about, such as a walkway beside the house and trees and plants that would open up the area. I asked about an updated gate with a code later in the project and she was able to have one custom made. See the before and after pics that I took! Ace provided a very detailed quote that included everything from start to finish, including removal of the overgrown trees, existing pavers, and artificial grass. I also appreciated the honesty they provided regarding changes and examples of cost differences between different things, such as using tile or granite on the bar, and the pros and cons of everything. Green O'Aces did the backyard of our newly constructed home. This included a pool, firepit, custom outdoor kitchen, putting green and landscaping. We also had them install an RV gate and RV driveway. Each step of the process was easy and straight forward. Torry, the designer, did an amazing job listening to our initial vision and creating a breath-taking design. She then dedicated several sessions with us in their office to tweak the design so that it was perfect. Both she and Ace were very patient with us and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Once contracted, Val was instrumental in helping us complete our HOA ARC and was diligent in following up with us until we received our approval. Construction started less than a month after our approval was received. Frederico did a good job managing the project. The only frustration we experienced was during the masonry part of the job (grotto, custom slide and steps). This process took a LONG time and we just were not prepared for this. But we accept responsibility for not managing our expectations appropriately. Throughout the process, the staff kept us up to date with almost-weekly email updates and they were ALWAYS available to answer questions. Torry was instrumental in helping work through some construction issues that arose. She always had the answer or was able to quickly find it. Once the project was completed, we had a few issues that came up. A quick call or email to the company and our issues have been addressed very quickly...sometimes within hours! We have been very impressed with the level of service provided. The entire process took a few weeks longer than planned due to some unforeseen events, but in the end, we are incredibly happy we went with Green O'Aces. The built us the backyard of our dreams and we still can't believe we have this beautiful private oasis! Green O’ Aces built our pool 7 years ago and have done an amazing job helping as with everything from finding a great pool maintenance company and helping with design changes we wanted. Of course these changes were at our cost which we already understood they would be. They have also help with dealing with manufacturers in getting warranty work completed.
